1 on 1 Training


Whether it's Track & Field or Speed & Agility, we are first and foremost teachers. We make it our duty to leave each athlete with multiple exercises or strategies they can use to improve daily, even after we've trained. A typical session will consists of 3 core factors: 1. Warm/Technical work to improve mechanics 2. Drills/Sprints/Plyometrics that improve quickness, power, and speed 3. Education on what is important for speed
