Group Training


Whether it's Track & Field or Speed & Agility, we are first and foremost teachers. We make it our duty to leave each athlete with multiple exercises or strategies they can use to improve daily, even after we've trained. Each session consists of 3 core factors: 1. Warm/Technical work to improve mechanics 2. Drills/Sprints/Plyometrics that improve quickness, power, and speed 3. Education on what is important for speed
