There are a ton of coaches out there,
so why should you work with me?

Not because I trained NFL players, Team USA and All-American athletes.

Not because 10+ athletes I've trained have gotten full ride scholarships to college.

Not because I trained under US Olympics Sprints/Hurdles Coach Boogie Johnson and Oregon sprints coach Curtis Taylor.

And absolutely not because I was the multiple times state finalist and conference champ.

But because I coach on proper form and technique that will optimize the body for speed and DO NOT push athletes into a preset training program.

Every athlete should know how to improve

It's my goal to leave each athlete with exercises and strategies they can use to make progress on their own.

A typical session will consists of 3 core factors:

  1. Warm/Technical work to improve mechanics 

  2. Drills/Sprints/Plyometrics that improve quickness, power, and speed

  3. Education on what is important for speed

The fastest kid in school didn't get to play

That was me when I first started track. Everyone thought I was lazy.


But that was the farthest thing from the truth. The reality was, I just didn't do anything if I didn't understand the reason why.

My insistence on understanding the body's mechanics and how to optimize it for speed got me a full ride scholarship to Washington State University.

Today, that same approach inspires my training methodology, with much success.
